Pokemon Go: Where to Find Pokemon Locations Guide

Finding Pokemon Locations

Pokemon Go is location based. Not only must you move around in the real world to find Pokemon, but you must also think strategically about what type of Pokemon will be where. In Pokemon Go, knowing Pokemon locations is the key to catching them all.

To make it easier for you, we’ve broken down some key locations. While some of them may seem obvious, it helps to have a list. If you’re scavenging the Pokemon Go world for higher level or evolved Pokemon, remember that you will not start to see them until you increase your Trainer/Player Level.

Feel free to use your browser’s “find” feature to locate the Pokemon for which you are searching (Mac: Command+f , PC: Control+f).

While not every Pokemon in Pokemon Go falls into only one of these categories, this is a general reference guide to help you target specific locations to increase your chances of finding the Pokemon you are missing. But we’ve seen Pokemon in places we would have thought they shouldn’t be so keep in mind that there’s always the chance that any of them could pop up anywhere.
